Individual Psychotherapy

Weekly individual sessions, either in person or via video, are designed to assist you in reducing emotional and psychological pain and to better manage life challenges. It is an invitation to look inside yourself to address, and better process, unfinished business from the past, including childhood memories, or current events and issues about the future that concern you. Having an empathetic listener available will help you to start listening to yourself in a structured way. Instead of following rigid social standards, you can develop new ways to be healthy and loyal to yourself and therefore, enjoy of a more meaningful and satisfying life.

The very definition of growth entails change, change towards a more complex and developed stage of the self where you can function in harmony and in accordance with your environment.
